Ordering & minimums
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQs start from 20 in the unit shown on each product page — low enough for a single flower shop. Every product page lists its own MOQ, and you can mix products and categories in one order.
I’m a small flower shop. Can I still buy wholesale?
Yes. Low MOQs and mixed orders mean a single shop can restock wrap, tissue, ribbon, and sleeves in one shipment without overstocking.
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop and check out online, or email admin@fafaflower.com for a quote — especially for custom printing or large consolidated orders.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from, and which countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide from our base in Shishi, Quanzhou, Fujian, China.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Stock items are typically prepared within a few business days. Custom printed items take 10–20 business days after artwork approval, plus freight time. Email us for an exact timeline on your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight, volume, and destination. Consolidating wrapping paper, tissue, ribbon, and sleeves into one shipment lowers the landed cost per item — email admin@fafaflower.com for a quote.
Custom printing & samples
Can I print my logo on ribbon or wrapping paper?
Yes. Custom printing is quoted per design — email us your vector logo (AI, EPS, or SVG) for a quote. Stock ribbon starts from 20 rolls (satin, grosgrain, or organza; foil, screen, or digital print). Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) and we’ll confirm the best print method for your artwork.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — sample orders are available so you can check quality before committing to a full order. Contact us to arrange samples.

What payment methods do you accept?
We work with international wholesale buyers via proforma invoice. Email admin@fafaflower.com and we’ll arrange payment details for your order.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
We stock recyclable kraft paper and a range of eco options alongside our standard papers. Ask us for the current eco-friendly range when you order.
