By placing an order on fafaflower.com you agree to these Terms of Service. We supply floral packaging products at wholesale prices to businesses and individual buyers worldwide.

2. Orders and Minimum Quantities

Each product lists a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Orders below MOQ cannot be accepted. Volume pricing tiers are shown on each product page and apply automatically at checkout.

3. Pricing and Service Fee

All prices are in USD. A sourcing service fee (percentage shown at checkout, with a stated minimum) is added to cover sourcing, quality inspection, and handling. International shipping is calculated separately based on weight and destination.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, please include your order number as the payment reference.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping method selected, destination, and customs clearance. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Product Information

We work to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between production batches. Product images are for reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
