Within one working day, Mon-Sat. Catalog unit prices already include normal sourcing and handling; no separate percentage fee is added to catalog items. Freight is quoted separately. Off-catalog and custom work is quoted individually before approval.

Sample, then produce
Approve a sample if the finish matters. Stock items dispatch in 2-5 days; custom printed runs take 4-6 weeks plus shipping.

    What’s the MOQ?
    Minimum quantities start at 20. Check each product page for the unit and quantity increments. Custom logo printing starts at 500 pcs. Mixed containers across styles are fine — ask me.

    Can I mix different designs in one order?
    Yes. I’ll confirm the per-style minimum with the factory before quoting.

    How long does production take?
    In-stock styles ship in 2–4 days. Custom printing 7–15 days depending on quantity.

    Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. Air is usually 7–12 working days; sea is typically 15–30 working days. Freight is confirmed from the packed weight, volume and destination before payment. See how shipping works →

    Can you source something not on the site?
    Almost certainly. Send a photo or link and I’ll find the factory.

    Is there a sourcing or handling fee?
    No additional sourcing or handling fee is added to catalog products. Product prices include our normal sourcing, checking and export-handling work. Shipping, import duties and taxes are separate. Off-catalog or custom projects are quoted individually before you commit.
