Why two channels?
Air freight has a high first-kilogram cost, so small parcels are expensive per unit. Sea freight starts at a 21kg minimum but drops the per-kg cost dramatically. As a rule of thumb:
- Under 500 pieces — air is usually cheaper
- Over 1000 pieces — sea freight saves roughly 40%

Order cut-off & lead time
- In-stock wholesale items: dispatched within 2-3 working days
- Custom logo orders: digital mockup within 3 working days, production 10-15 working days
- Peak season (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas): please order 2-3 weeks earlier than usual
Tracking & customs
Every shipment includes a tracking number. For most destinations we ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid); if you prefer DDP (duties prepaid), mention it in your enquiry and we will quote accordingly.
Bulk & freight forwarding
For pallet-size or container-size orders, or if you have your own forwarder, contact us — we can ship to your China warehouse or arrange a direct freight quote.
